Every venue below publishes an entry-tier rate on its own page, or is listed with the reason it publishes none readable. The figure is the band a brand new account trades in, before any volume discount.

Reading a global venue's fee table
The bottom row is yours. Global venues run the deepest tier tables in this index, and the advertised rate is the top of a ladder most accounts never climb: OKX's Regular user row is 0.0800% maker and 0.1000% taker, against VIP rates that go negative on the maker side.
Maker and taker diverge more here than on retail venues, because these are real order books. Placing a resting order rather than crossing the spread is the single largest fee decision available to a small account.
Three of the venues under this type publish no rate as readable text at all. Bybit, MEXC and KuCoin each answered a live fetch and served headings, chrome or almost nothing; their cells carry that reason rather than a number from elsewhere.
A global venue's feature set is frequently narrower on its US entity than on its international one, and the venue's own terms for your jurisdiction decide what your account can actually use.
